Try Every State's Iconic Drinks 

Montanans have ordered Hurricanes, the classic New Orleans rum drink, but they would never link it with Big Sky Country.  

The Mint Julep might be refreshing on the California coast, but most people associate it with Kentucky and the Kentucky Derby. 

(Health-conscious people may want to try low-calorie alcoholic beverages wherever they are.)  

Some 29 state legislatures have named at least one beverage, drink, liquor, or soft drink (sometimes multiple).

Interestingly, 20 states—presumably all significant dairy producers—have picked milk.  

One chose water. Others identify a whiskey or soft drink brand. Locally grown tea is proposed.  

This is the most famous meal each state has provided the nation.
